Order not fulfilled

I had to request a refund from PayPal because Mont hard sent notification that the order was delivered to my address with a photo attached that was not my house. When I checked the tracking it showed it was delivered to a completely different city and state and had a completely different email address than my own. While I was happy I received a refund from PayPal, a representative from Mont Hard reached out to say that they are verified seller on Amazon. I had ordered direct from the company in Taiwan. When I asked if I could order from their Amazon site, since that’s where they said they were verified, they said they no longer sell it there. I feel uncomfortable ordering from them again. This is very frustrating because this is the exact handle I need and cannot find it from any vendor in the United States. I offered to pay them upon receipt and I requested if they could send it from any vendor within the United States and they said no.
